Fazit:
Und weiter geht es hier im BrewDog Cowgate in Edinburgh. Nun probieren wir das "BrewDog Ellon Wingman Tropical Storm", eine stärkere Interpretation des bekannten Wingman. 7,2vol.% hat dieses schottische Imperial IPA. Zu riechen bekomme ich direkt eine satte Portion Maracuja. Und das spiegelt sich auch beim ersten Schluck wider. Leider schmeckt es aber auch schnell künstlich. Eine leichte Säure kommt beim nächsten Schluck hinzu, trotzdem bleibt dieser künstliche Geschmack zugegen. Steinfrüchte wie Pfirsiche kommen durch. Der Alkohol ist bei diesem Bier aber sehr gut versteckt, geschmacklich wirkt das Bier fast schon etwas zu dünn. Vom Geruch her ist das Bier klasse, geschmacklich büßt es einige Punkte ein. Alles in allem gebe ich ganz gute sechs Punkte!
