Das letzte Testbier hier im Ausschank der BrewDog Brauerei in Berlin-Mitte ist an der Reihe. Und dabei handelt es sich auch um das Stärkste! Satte 9% hat das "BrewDog Mashtag 2019". Das ist dann aber mal ein starkes Amber Ale. Das Aussehen ist appetitlich! Dunkelrot ist es, der Schaum ist nun nicht sonderlich üppig. Dafür gibt es einen an Kirschen erinnernden Geruch. Auch der Antrunk ist fruchtig, auch hier sind Kirschen zu schmecken. Dazu gibt es eine leichte Säure und minimale Erdbeeraromen. Der nächste Schluck ist voller Malz. Auch kommen Aromen von Schokolade und Kaffee durch. Beides sehr subtil, aber schmeckbar. Das Bier ist schon sehr komplex. Der Antrunk ist fruchtig, der Mittelteil dann sehr malzig. Und der Abgang ist leicht würzig. Schade, dass es dann doch etwas unrund und chaotisch schmeckt. Alles in allem bekommt es aber gute sieben Punkte!
