Heute Abend erwartet mich ein Milkshake IPA mit entspannten 4,7vol.% Alkohol. Bei den Zutaten wurden neben den üblichen Verdächtigen auch Hafermalz und Laktose verwendet. Das wird man hoffentlich auch schmecken. Der Antrunk ist sehr spritzig, eine Menge Kohlensäure wird geboten, dazu gibt es eine harmonische Süße. Das Bier ist wirklich sehr einfach zu trinken. Mit den nächsten Schlücken wird die Süße noch eine Spur deutlicher, Mandarinen sind zu schmecken, auch kommen Aromen von Saftorangen durch. Auch ein Hauch Mandarine ist mit von der Partie. Zudem ist da eine undefinierbare Süße zu schmecken. Das "BrewDog Ellon Basic Shake" ist ein, der Name sagt es schon, sehr einfaches Milkshake IPA. Der Hopfen hält sich sehr zurück, es ist rund und absolut für Einsteiger zu empfehlen. Ganz gut!
